Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, driven Assistant Manager - Client Servicing to join our growth team in Mumbai or Bangalore, with a focused charter: grow Admattic’s footprint across the Indian digital ecosystem.
This is a high-exposure role designed for early-career professionals (2–3 years of experience) who are ready to step up, take ownership, and make a name for themselves in the digital media and adtech space. You’ll work across brands and agencies to identify new revenue opportunities, manage campaign lifecycle touchpoints, and help put Admattic on the map in India.
Note: This is not a senior role. If you have 4-5+ years of experience, you may be overqualified and not the right fit for this position.
What You’ll Own:
Growth Strategy & Execution (India-first focus)
- Support in activating and expanding Admattic’s brand and agency portfolio in India
- Assist in preparing proposals, responding to briefs, and shaping client-facing solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term account value growth
- Help build go-to-market strategies for new offerings or categories
Agency & Brand Partnerships
- Coordinate with digital media agencies and trading desks to align on plans, pitches, and performance
- Manage communication loops across campaign phases (pre-sale to delivery)
- Build trusted relationships with account managers and planners
Market Insights & Opportunity Mapping
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking in key verticals (fintech, OTT, BFSI, eComm, etc.)
- Identify whitespace and new brand opportunities across emerging sectors
- Stay updated on trends in India’s digital and programmatic ecosystem
Internal Enablement
- Assist BD heads with reporting, revenue tracking, and performance reviews
- Work closely with media planners, ops, and finance to ensure seamless execution
- Support in building case studies and client review decks
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in a media agency, adtech company, or digital media role
- A deep interest in the Indian digital landscape — across brands, agencies, and performance media
- Solid communication and relationship management skills
- A “figure-it-out” attitude and bias for action
- Proficiency in Excel, Slides, and CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
