Role Overview:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and website traffic. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of social media strategies, content creation, and analytics to build a dynamic and engaging brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Optimize content for different social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Stay updated on trends, platform changes and best practices to keep the brand ahead in the digital space.
Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) to build meaningful customer connections.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries and encourage positive interactions to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers and influencers to create visually appealing and high-engagement content.
Brand Growth & Awareness
- Set up and optimize company pages across platforms to improve brand visibility and reach.
- Identify brand advocates, influencers, and community groups to drive organic growth.
- Execute paid campaigns through Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads to enhance reach and conversions.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and third-party social media tools.
- Prepare monthly reports and insights with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Campaign Management
- Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Product teams to ensure social media campaigns align with brand goals.
- Plan and maintain an editorial content calendar for timely execution of promotions, launches and collaborations.
- Identify opportunities for viral and trend-driven content to enhance audience engagement.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Media or Content Strategy.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, branding and audience engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram Insights and Google Analytics.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics and online marketing trends.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with a strong sense of organization and detail-orientation.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or video editing tools.
- Experience with influencer marketing and social media collaborations.
- Understanding of e-commerce and consumer electronics marketing.
