Position Overview:
As the Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in India. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships to achieve revenue targets and further establish the brand as a market leader.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and key industry players in India.
- Identify new business opportunities for the company.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organisations.
3. Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business development goals and revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
4. Client Needs Analysis and Solution Presentation:
- Understand clients' specific needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor our solutions to their requirements.
- Present compelling value propositions and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
5. Sales Collateral and Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that align with clients' needs and showcase our strengths.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the digital advertising or ad tech with a focus on the Indian Market.
- Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
