Position Overview: As an Ad Operations Executive at Admattic, you will assist in executing end-to-end campaigns, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely launches and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Design and Reporting:
- Create and manage ad campaign performance reports with a focus on Excel-based analytics.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) to produce actionable insights.
- Monitor campaign metrics to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
Data Management and Optimization:
- Maintain and update campaign data, ensuring accuracy across various tracking sheets.
- Use Excel to analyze campaign trends and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
Issue Resolution and Collaboration:
- Investigate and resolve campaign-related issues with minimal supervision.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign operations and reporting.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement, leveraging Excel to streamline workflows and reporting mechanisms.
Required Skills:
- 0-6 months of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and data visualization tools. (Must have)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript will be a plus.
